[su_spoiler title=”Do I need a website?” style=”fancy”] In short, no you don’t need one but you absolutely should have one.  The first place people go when looking for products and services is a search engine, usually Google.  If you are relying on a Facebook page or Twitter account as your only web prescence you are going to be way down the listings (unless you have a very niche product or service).  Be honest, how often do you scroll past the first page of a Google search.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”What is included in my package?” style=”fancy”] That depends on the package you choose.  Have a look here to see the list of everything that is included in the various packages.  Also, don’t forget you can Pix and Mix addons.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How will people find my website?” style=”fancy”] Your site will be written using the latest industry standard guidelines and submitted to all of the major search engines.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”What information will you need to build my website?” style=”fancy”] The more content you can provide the better.  If we know what you want to say and show it gives us a better idea of how to design your site. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How long will my site take to build?” style=”fancy”] This all depends on current workload, complexity of your website, content requirements, package chosen etc.  However as a guide we would aim to have a website ready to launch within a maximum of twelve weeks of acceptance of the quotation.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Can I make changes to my site once it is finished?” style=”fancy”] Yes.  We can either make the amendments for you or if you feel comfortable doing it yourself we can provide you with a login to our content management system to allow you to make the changes yourself.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Will I own my website once it is built?” style=”fancy”] Of course.  We build and host it but it belongs to you.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”When do I have to pay?” style=”fancy”] All projects require 50% payment on acceptance of the quotation with the remainder of the balance payable within 7 days of the website launch.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Why are your prices all for 12 months?” style=”fancy”]After the first 12 months charges apply for monthly hosting, email accounts, domain registration or any additional addons you may have chosen.  A large proportion of these charges are included in the first 12 months so you have a clear idea of exactly what your site is going to cost and by the end of the year you will have a good idea of what you do and don’t need.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Can I have any website name?” style=”fancy”] If it’s available, then yes.  However not all domain names will be available.  We may have to try variations on your chosen name or maybe something different altogther but we can guide you through this process. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Can I use my existing logo on my website?” style=”fancy”] As long as it is of good enough quality then yes.  If you only have your logo on a scanned image or photo of letterhead it is unlikely that the quality will be good enough to use it within the website although we can recreate it as closely as possible. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”I don’t have a logo, can you make me one?” style=”fancy”] Absolutely! We love getting creative with logos. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Where is my site hosted?” style=”fancy”] We only use UK based data centres which are operated and maintained 24/7 all year around.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Can I have a copy of the website?” style=”fancy”] If you decide to leave us we will provide you with a full copy of your website.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Why do the websites in the portfolio say ‘ist web design'” style=”fancy”] ist web design is the previous name of Coronado Creative[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Why Coronado Creative?” style=”fancy”]A few years ago I was fortunate enough to spend a little bit of time in San Diego and whilst there discovered the beautiful town of Coronado and instantly fell in love with it.  If I ever go missing it won’t be difficult to track me down.[/su_spoiler]
